Your First Appointment

$195 - Your initial session with Moshen includes your evaluation where you will be assessed for things like posture, flexibility, strength and movement quality. We will develop a treatment program that addresses your needs and start treating you right away. You will also get access to our app where you can find your home exercises, schedule appointments, and have an open line of communication directly with your therapist. This first session will also include the first month of your Moshen membership.

Follow up visits

$30 per 15 minutes - Return visits to Moshen will include things like manual therapy, stretching, progress assessment, or dry needling. Follow up sessions can be as brief as 30 minutes or as long as an hour, but most end up being between $60 and $90.

Moshen Membership

$10 per month - After your first month your membership will be continued for the cost of $10/month.   This includes the following:

• Continued access to the app and your current exercise videos/treatment plan allowing you to continue with your home exercises or schedule future follow up appointments.

• Maintain communication with your therapist regarding your current treatment plan.

• You can request that your therapist update your program any time you like.

• Your case will remain open with Moshen for the duration of your membership.  This will prevent you from having to be evaluated for the same issue thus keeping the cost for you down.

• As an established member we will also waive your initial evaluation fee for any future injury and all future visits will be follow up visits.

How can I pay?

Full payment for your session is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards as well as HSA cards. You will automatically be enrolled in Moshen Membership with a card on file.

Can I use my insurance?

It is important to know that Moshen is not an in-network provider with any insurance company.

Many of our patients choose to submit the medical receipt we provide at checkout to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. If this is something you’d like to try, we recommend giving your insurance provider a quick call beforehand to confirm your out-of-network physical therapy benefits.

Moshen does not have a relationship with Medicare or Medicaid. The services provided by Moshen are not services covered by Medicare/Medicaid plans or Medicare/Medicaid replacement plans.
